A native Floridian, Dr. Edward S. Deutsch obtained his Undergraduate and Medical Degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. After completing an Internship and Residency at New England Medical Center, in Boston, Massachusetts, he went on to complete his Clinical Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Deutsch is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine; and has been in private practice in Tamarac, Florida since 1990 as a partner of Digestive Disease Associates of South Florida. He is an active member of several committees at local area hospitals but still finds time for his family and to indulge in his fondness for sports.
